What each one is actually for
Talking as much as you want
Five conversations a day covers most weeks. It does not cover the week you are trying to work out whether something is normal, which is exactly the week you want to keep asking. Premium takes the counter away. It is the same Lumie either way, with the same memory.
Hearing her, and being heard
Holding the mic to dictate is free. Premium is her answering out loud, and live voice, which is a hands free conversation with no button at all. On a bad day, saying it is easier than typing it, and being answered in a voice is not the same as reading a bubble.

Page one is free and is a real summary: your periods, the gaps, your symptoms ranked by what they cost you. Premium adds the day by day appendix, which is what a specialist asks for when the summary raises a question.

Where you are in your cycle and your period window are free forever. Premium adds your cycle day, a rough sense of how you are feeling, and one thing that would help today. Every one of them is still a switch you hold, and off until you turn it on.
